1. Don't be afraid to explore and experiment - Create backups of your original files so if you make a wrong turn simply re-store the original files and start again. By simply keeping a back-up copy of your original files, you will never make an irreversible mistake and thus free to experiment.
   
2. Familiarize yourself with the power of Dreamweaver - Refer to your Dreamweaver "Help" documentation and "Getting Started" tutorials found inside your Dreamweaver application (click on the "help" menu). This is a great resource for learning how to build database applications "exactly" like those built by DMXReady.
   
3. Use Existing Online Resources to learn about web design - There are many resources available on the Internet to help you including our own DMXReady Knowledgebase, the Adobe Dreamweaver Support Center, Web Thang Tutorials and literally thousands of web pages with free advice on ASP, MSAcces and HTML.
   
4. Search Google - If you are stuck on a specific problem, search google for a solution using terms that best describe your problem - you will find answers to issues already posted by other web designers.
   
5. Most Designers are Self Taught - most web designers are self-taught. If they can do it, you can do it too!

Please Note: DMXReady Customization Support Policy

Although DMXReady applications are built "ready to go," customization is the spirit of DMXReady. We encourage everyone to modify the HTML code and all scripting to meet your own specific needs.

That being said, we unfortunately cannot provide technical support for your customization efforts. De-bugging is a big part of the customization process, and its a skill that every scripting programmer needs to learn. We simply do not have the resources to de-bug everybodys customization efforts.

We do, however, provide support with customization tips, tricks, and tutorials in our Online Knowledgebase. Our monthly DMXReady Bulletin always has new customization ideas. You can also submit tutorial requests to the DMXReady Killer App Garage, where we answer questions about customization and give step-by-step instructions of simple modifications.

We also provide technical support for use and installation of your DMXReady applications, simply submit a ticket through our Online Support Desk. We will answer within 24 hours of receiving your ticket, Monday through Friday.
